Kids In Tow was founded in 2004 by Lindsay Hudson. It is aimed at families who who wish to do something different on their family holiday – learn new activities, improve in favourite sports or explore new places in the UK or abroad.

The website features online guides to the different types of family activity holiday explaining just what is involved, the most suitable age ranges and any specialist equipment required. For ideas on where to book, visitors can view a comprehensive directory of holiday companies. There are numerous holiday ideas listed including trekking in the Himalayas, canoeing in France, riding elephants in Thailand or staying at a ranch in the USA.

The Kids In Tow website has grown from Lindsay’s initial research to identify active and adventurous holiday options for her own family. She was so amazed at the range of options available that the website was developed to share the information with like-minded parents.
