Activities Abroad offers adventure activity holidays for families to beautiful rural locations across the world. The holidays are designed to cater for families of all abilities from absolute beginners to experienced enthusiasts. A different activity or adventure sport is offered each day so that each member of the family can pick and choose the activities they prefer. The minimum age for the holidays starts at 8 years but this varies by holiday destination. Younger children are still able to travel. Activities Abroad also offer winter activity holidays in Finnish Lapland.

A different adventure activity is offered each day and the activities on offer vary by destination. A typical week might include the activity options of canadian canoeing, adventure walk and caving, canyoning, high ropes course and rock climbing and canoeing (example options are from the Ardeche holiday). Other activities available include surfing, mountain biking, tubing and whitewater rafting.
