The minimum age for the holidays starts at 8 years but this varies by holiday destination. Younger children are still able to travel and participation in activities is at the discretion of our local guides.

Mark Warner beach resorts are all situated in stunning beachfront locations. The accommodation available varies by resort but includes villa-style apartments, garden bungalows and hotel rooms. Some locations offer inter-connecting rooms. family rooms and suites. Accommodation is provided on a half or full board basis.

A range of baby equipment can be supplied including travel cots, steam sterilisers, nappy changing facilities, baby baths and potties

Watersports: Watersports and tuition available include dinghy sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kite surfing and scuba diving. All Mark Warner beach resorts offer free group windsurfing and sailing tuition with the latest equipment to suit all levels. You can also take to the water yourself, and the Mark Warner staff will rig and de-rig equipment for you as you require.

Watersports Courses: Specialist watersports courses are available including RYA Sailing, RYA Windsurfing and BKSA Kitesurfing. One-on-one private tuition is also available.

Other Activities: Many other activities are available at the beach resorts including mountain biking, tennis, swimming, volleyball, golf, canoeing and table tennis. 

Children's Tuition: A daily programme of watersports and land-based activities with free tuition is provided for children attending the children's clubs. Activities include sailing, windsurfing, tennis and football. A number of specialist watersports and tennis courses are also available outside the daily activity programme.

Mark Warner childcare caters for all ages from 4 months right through to active teenagers spread over 6 children's clubs. There is a free evening creche service for the younger ones and an evening entertainment programme for older children.

Daytime Children's Clubs: Flexible childcare is available with pre-bookable morning, afternoon or full-day sessions. Childcare is split in to 6 Childrens Clubs for 4-11 months, 1-2 years, 3-5 years, 6-9 years, 10-13 years and 14-17 year olds.

Activities include face painting, art activities, pool games, beach games, mini tennis and the older children can learn to sail, snorkel, windsurf and try their hand at beach volleyball.

Evening Childcare: A free evening drop in creche service is provided on six evenings for the younger children (4 months to 5 years) from 7.30-11:30pm. For the older children (6-17years), there is a fully supervised entertainment programme until 10.30pm.

Babysitting : Additional babysitting can be arranged in the resort.

Accommodation is in clubhotels located next to the beach with breakfast, lunch and four evening meals per week included in the price. The clubs are chosen primarily for their charm, relaxed ambiance, range of facilities, size and suitability for activities on and off the water. They are managed by and are exclusive to Neilson.

Watersports: Dinghy sailing, kayaking, wakeboarding, waterskiing and windsurfing are included in the holiday price. Free dinghy sailing and windsurfing tuition.

Other Activities: Mountain biking, swimming, table tennis, tennis, and volleyball. 

Crèche: Children aged 4 months - 2 years are supervised by qualified nannies during morning and afternoon sessions.

Daytime Kids Club: Supervised activities on and off the water for 2 - 4, 5 - 7 and 8 - 12 year olds.

Babysitting: Free babysitting is provided on 2 nights a week. 

Clubs run for 6 days of the week and are free of charge for children over 2 years.

In nearby villages the enchantment of Eastern Europe is still visible with horse-drawn carriages being used to bring firewood to local residents.

Istrum Park Chalets – Pay-as-you-Go: Spacious chalets are available at Snow and Wake’s beach base – Istrum Park. Facilities on-site include a bar, private restaurant, a BBQ area and a stunning secluded beach where all the water sports are based.

Two Private Villas: Snow and Wake also offer two additional all inclusive villas. Dragushinovo Villa is a refurbished 200 year old cottage which will sleep up to 12 people. Iskar Chalet is a beautiful Scandinavian-style chalet which will sleep up to 13 people.

Some of the individual activities have minimum age restrictions. But everyone is welcome from babies to grandmas.

Sudwindsports organises kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing holidays in St. Pierre-la-Mer, a small seaside resort in the Languedoc Roussillon region of France. We offer a range of watersports for adults and children of all ages and levels on a sheltered lake or the Mediterranean Sea. All activities are taught in English by fully qualified instructors. We can also arrange your holiday accommodation in the South of France.

A range of accommodation is available for families including a beachfront hotel with family rooms, a campsite with spacious pitches, mobile homes and a fun swimming pool and a beachfront holiday house just 30m from the beach (no roads to cross so safe for children to go to the beach by themselves!)
